Small Business Administration Loans
Continental National Bank of Miami is dedicated to helping businesses in the community meet their financial needs. We offer a full array of Small Business Administration (SBA) loans and governmental loan programs for small and medium sized businesses:

The "Low Doc" Program has loans up to $150,000 for working capital and/or inventory and equipment purchases.
The "504 Loan Program" offers up to 90% financing for 20 years for up to $1MM for real estate acquisition, construction or renovations at fixed interest rates.
The "7(A) Guaranteed Loan Program" offers financing up to $750,000 for real estate purchases, equipment loans and working capital. The "Exporter Financing Program" provides working capital to exporters with pre-shipment needs and/or inventory or equipment purchases.

Documentary Letters of Credit are available to facilitate domestic or foreign transactions.

Deposit Accounts

Checking Account: Open our basic business checking account and enjoy the convenience of Express ATM Card and Express Personal Computer, which are included.
Money Market Account: Help your business grow with our Money Market Account which offers competitive rates and includes six transactions monthly. Rates subject to change.
Certificates of Deposit: Open a fixed interest Certificate of Deposit Account for a period of thirty days up to as long as five years. Interest payable monthly, quarterly or at maturity. Rates subject to change and penalty for early withdrawal.
Express ATM Card and Express Personal Computer: Express privileges allow you to access your funds with your ATM card at any Continental National Bank location or at any ATM in the PRESTO or CIRRUS network. Express also allows you to check your account balance by telephone or through your personal computer.
