Attracting and keeping a talented, hard working and diverse team
of employees is a key to the future success of Continental National
Bank of Miami in the new millennium. Coaching, feedback and a focus
on professional training are important parts of our vision for success
both for our employees and our company. Employees both exempt and
non-exempt are given every opportunity and encouraged to grow and
develop professionally through seminars and professional training
as well as tuition reimbursement programs for Associate Degree and
4 year college degree credits taken at local colleges and universities.
Additionally, our institution works closely with Dade County Public
Schools / Turner Technical Institute, A.I.B. & Miami Dade Community
College as well as Barry University, F.I.U., and The University
of Miami, through their Internship and Mentor Programs to attract
