Guillermo Diaz-Rousselot is President and Chief Executive Officer of Continental National Bank, a $490 million asset bank where he has been a key member for the past 4 decades.
Diaz-Rousselot has served the industry in various leadership positions. Presently, he has been elected to the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and awarded Banker of the Year by the Florida Bankers Assocation. For three consecutive years, he served as the Chairman for the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) Advisory Council, as well as the OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) Advisory Council. Mr. Diaz- Rousselot has also served as Director for the American Bankers Association and Chairman of the Minority Council for the ICBA (Independent Community Bankers of America).
At the state and local level, Diaz-Rousselot is the Vice Chairman for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Banking and Finance Committee, a Board Member of the Center for Financial Training and also a Board Member of the Citizens Crime Watch of Miami-Dade County. He has served as a Director for the Florida Bankers Association, and on their Government Relations Council. Diaz-Rousselot is a trustee of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and the Olympia Theatre at Gusman Center for The Performing Arts.
