President and CEO, Continental National Bank
Guillermo Diaz-Rousselot is President and Chief Executive Officer of Continental National Bank of Miami, a $390 million asset bank where he has been a key member for the past 39 years.
Diaz-Rousselot has served the industry in various leadership positions. Presently he is serving in the newly formed Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Advisory Council (CFPB) as Vice Chairman, as well as on the OCC Minority Depository Institution Advisory Council. Diaz-Rousselot is also a Director of the American Bankers Association, and recently concluded a two-year term as Chairman of the Minority Council of the Independent Community Bankers Association.
At the state and local level, Diaz-Rousselot is the Vice Chairman for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Banking and Finance Committee, he is a Board Member of the Center for Financial Training and of the Citizens Crime Watch. He has served as a Director for the Florida Bankers Association, and currently sits on their Government Relations Council. Diaz-Rousselot is a trustee of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and the Olympia Theatre at Gusman Center for The Performing Arts.
