Continental National Bank exceeds fundraising goal for Amigos For Kids foundation
Continental National Bank, Miami's premier boutique bank in South Florida specializing in small business and independent professionals raised $87,950 on its recent fundraising campaign “60k in 60 days” in support of Amigos For Kids Foundation.
"We are deeply grateful to our clients, employees, families and friends of South Florida, who supported us in this effort and helped us surpass our goal of collecting $60,000 in 60 days. Our success means we will continue to advance our impact in our community in areas such as education and childhood development," Continental National Bank’s chairman Jacqueline Dascal Chariff expressed during the check presentation event, held during Amigos For Kids afterschool program at Jose Marti Park in Little Havana.

Jacqueline, along with her daughter Gabriella talked to the kids on the importance of hard work and good values. Both were honored as Inspiring Amigos for their exemplary philanthropic leadership and commitment to the South Florida community. The Inspiring Amigos series was launched by the foundation, as a program for elementary school-age children in the community to get an inside look at what it takes to be successful in business within the community. The program acknowledges the contributions these leaders make to South Florida’s betterment and gives minority or underprivileged students the opportunity to see that hard work makes dreams come true.
